Berkshire County Sheriff Takes Delivery of RIBCRAFT

MARBLEHEAD, MA – July 10, 2013 – RIBCRAFT, the United States manufacturer of professional grade rigid inflatable boats (RIB) for law enforcement, safety professionals, and military agencies announced the recent delivery of a specialized RIBCRAFT 4.8 to the Berkshire County Sheriff’s Department.

The RIB will be used by the Sheriff’s Department Underwater Search and Rescue Team for dive operations, general search and rescue applications, and special operational patrols. Easy to deploy at a moment’s notice, this versatile RIB will be used extensively in lakes, ponds, and rivers throughout Berkshire County.

The 15’7” RIBCRAFT 4.8 professional grade RIB features a forward positioned console, large open aft deck, an antenna arch, and a single 50HP Yamaha four stroke engine.
