RIBCRAFT Drop Test
All in a days work here at RIBCRAFT… well sort of. Take a look at this video of the RIBCRAFT 9.0 drop test. The boat, loaded with over 10,000 pounds of weight, was dropped three times from a crane as part of its CE Certification. As you can see from the video the boat performed beautifully and was completely unphased by the drops. Check out how quickly the boat stabilizes itself – within seconds of being drop the boat is completely at rest. Now what really amazed me was just how dry the boat was – even with the sharp entry into the water and the splash, no water ever made it's way into the boat! This test is a true testament to the performance and benefits of a RIB!
